Clear Path Recovery Center is one of Missouri’s most comprehensive addiction treatment programs. From safety and comfort-focused medical detox to top-tier residential substance abuse treatment, you will find a complete spectrum of help and support with us.
Medical detox is where the recovery journey begins for most folks, but it’s only the beginning. It takes comprehensive addiction treatment to get the upper hand on a substance use disorder.
Even people who’ve been to alcohol or drug rehab before benefit tremendously from residential treatment. Detox sets the body right again. Residential rehab is where the mind is prepared for the recovery life.
Recovery from addiction is too important to leave to chance. Getting sober and drug-free is a challenge for the best of us. That’s why getting the best addiction help you can is a must. Once a medical detox is complete, the next phase of recovery begins.
With the body safe and stable—it’s time to focus on treating the mind and spirit. Addiction is a 3-part disease that involves body, mind and soul. Clear Path Recovery Center is a holistic alcohol and drug rehab. This means we work to heal all three of these facets for more complete recovery.
Our inpatient medical drug and alcohol rehab is second-to-none. The well-being and success of you or your loved one is important to us. Expect to be seen and heard and to receive the very best addiction care available.
Clear Path Recovery Center isn’t an ordinary one-size-fits-all rehab. We carefully assess each patient’s substance use and any co-occurring issues—depression, anxiety, and more. We keep our patient population small. This ensures personal attention and a treatment plan that’s tailor-made just for you.
At Clear Path Recovery Center we aim to do more than just help people get off drugs and alcohol. The measure of success for us is seeing our patients thrive in recovery after their time here is over. We invest in your success with comprehensive aftercare planning and alumni support.

The first thing most people think about when they quit drinking or using drugs is avoiding withdrawal discomfort and cravings—and rightfully so. The physical symptoms of withdrawal are the first challenge we face in getting sober.
The 24-hour medical detox at Clear Path Recovery Center will help you or your loved one conquer that mountain. But, what happens after the body is cleared of alcohol and drugs?
The truth is that most of the work of recovery happens in your heart and in between your ears. If you want to get sober, you go to detox. If you want to stay sober and drug-free—you continue on through to residential drug rehab and adopt a recovery lifestyle afterwards.
Some people assume that having been to rehab before means there’s nothing new to gain, planning only to detox and jump back into meetings. For many, especially those who’ve had just a brief slip after years of successful recovery—that approach can work.
But consider this: at AA/NA meetings or in outpatient counseling, you often hear the same messages. That’s because knowing what to do isn’t enough. We need ongoing reminders and reinforcement. Addiction is cunning, baffling, and powerful—-never ever underestimate it.
The bottom line is, you can’t get ‘too much’ help for addiction. The price of not getting enough help can be very high.
If you drink or take benzos daily—-yes!
If you are 55 or older or in poor health—-yes!
If you have any history of seizures—-yes!

It is important for prospective Clear Path patients and family members to follow our admissions procedure. This helps us maintain a peaceful therapeutic environment and protect patient privacy.
Before anyone can be admitted to Clear Path Recovery Center, they must:
For the safety of patients and staff and legal compliance there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
The simplest, safest way to admit to Clear Path detox this is to call us first so we can put the wheels in motion for you. If you have a medical emergency, i.e. someone is seizing, overdosing or unresponsive—-CALL 911 immediately.
For patient safety and security, Clear Path must ask that you leave workout supplements, herbal supplements, vitamins and over the counter medication at home. These substances often have ingredients that can interact with medications we may prescribe.
We must also be aware that others may have allergies. We have over the counter medications here for your use, if there’s anything of that nature you require and it’s within your treatment protocol, we will see that you get it.
Remember the reason you or your loved one is here is for medical treatment and help. Every policy we have was put in place with your best interests in mind. We recommend bringing simple, comfortable clothing that’s easy to wash and wear. Revealing clothing is inappropriate and may make others uncomfortable. Leaving jewelry and excess cosmetics at home helps keep things simple and avoid any potential loss, theft or misunderstandings.
