Behavioral Health Tech

Clear Path Recovery Center is seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to support patients through the drug detox and rehabilitation process. This role involves monitoring patient safety, assisting with daily routines and promoting a structured, therapeutic environment. Ideal Candidates should be compassionate (but capable of assertiveness, as needed), dependable and committed to patient-centered care. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience working in a comparable role—-but this is not a requirement, we will train.

Responsibilities include:

  • Observe and document client behavior and progress
  • Assist with intake, orientation, and discharge procedures
  • Support group activities and therapeutic sessions
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards
  • Respond to client needs and crises professionally
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulation

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to support clients through detox and rehabilitation. LPNs play a critical role in monitoring health status, administering medications, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, compassionate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced behavioral health setting. Experience in addiction treatment or mental health is preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN)

We are interviewing experienced Registered Nurses to lead clinical care for individuals undergoing drug detox and rehabilitation. RNs oversee medical assessments, manage withdrawal protocols, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery. Ideal candidates are skilled in crisis intervention, medication management, and trauma-informed care. Prior experience in substance use treatment or behavioral health is strongly valued.

    Focuses on managing withdrawal symptoms, administering medications, and monitoring patient safety during the detox phase.
  • Addiction Nurse:
    Provides broader support throughout the recovery process, including education, emotional support, and coordination with treatment teams.
  • Substance Abuse Nurse:
    Nurses working in both detox and long-term recovery care.
  • Behavioral Health Nurse:
    Often used in dual-diagnosis settings where mental health and substance use disorders intersect.
